How long does the verification process take?

We strive to complete the account verification process as quickly as possible. Typically, the process is done within 1 hour during our normal business hours. We also have someone doing afterhours account approvals outside of normal hours, although this may take 4-8 hours.

What happens after the account is verified?

Once your account is successfully verified, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then proceed to shop on our website and enjoy all the benefits of being a verified customer.

  • Your business name and the name of the contact person 
  • The email address you want to set up the account with (please note if you request an account in a personal email we will call the shop to verify you)
  • A way to verify your business such as an active website address or social media account name.
  • If you are registered for PST/RST/QST in BC, Sask, Manitoba or Quebec  please provide us with your number so you may be exempted from paying sales tax for retail products such as aftercare and body jewelry.

We will verify your business and send you an email shortly to confirm your account has been approved for wholesale access. PLEASE CHECK IN JUNK/SPAM or ALL MAIL as our account invite often goes there as unsolicited email.
